"Decent Overall, but the Late Delivery Was Annoying"
The order did show up later than expected, which was annoying. That said, the item was packed well and arrived in good shape, so it wasn’t a total letdown. Overall, it was okay, just not the smoothest shipping experience.

"Condition felt like a moving target"
The bag is still usable and overall okay, but the wear was definitely more noticeable than what was listed. It’s kind of frustrating when the description makes it sound one way and then it shows up feeling like the goalposts moved a bit.

"Fast replies and really helpful support"
I reached out to elady.com with a question about my order and wasn’t really expecting to hear back quickly, but they got back to me fast. The person who replied was friendly and actually looked into my order instead of just sending some generic copy-paste answer.
There was a small mix-up with the shipping info, but support helped me get it sorted without making the whole thing a hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with how they handled it and I’d definitely use them again.

Shipping was fine and the bag arrived without any issues, but the logo stamp just looked a little off to me. I reached out to support and they did reply, which I appreciated, but I still don’t feel 100% confident that it’s real. For the price, I think it’s reasonable to want everything to look right
